Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

This notice is prepared to inform visitors and users of Ötesi Berisi about how their personal data is processed by AYSTEK Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Ötesi Berisi", the "Company"), acting as data controller, in accordance with Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Categories of Personal Data Processed
Identity and contact data (name, email, phone — when submitted via forms), transaction-security data (IP address, cookie identifiers), and usage data (pages visited, links clicked, device and browser information) may be processed.

Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to deliver the site securely and functionally, improve the user experience, manage requests and complaints, fulfil legal obligations, and — where you have given explicit consent — analyze site usage and deliver content/ads tailored to you.

Legal Basis

Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards, to our hosting and analytics service providers and to legally authorized public bodies, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, request that these corrections be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

How to Apply
To exercise these rights, you may submit your request, together with identity-verifying documents, in writing to info@aysteknolojileri.com or to Çamçeşme Mahallesi, Çilek Sokak No:7/21 Pendik/İstanbul. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
